A frequent consultation for attorneys is that initial phone or in-person interview that is conducted when a client is deciding whether or not he or she would like to use that attorney’s services for their legal matters. There are also consultations that are performed in which, the attorney will be specifically hired for the purpose of offering advice to a client.
